The Community Barn

The Community Barn, is part of the Community Harvest Project. Construction began in 2001 as part of the CHP mission “To build an engaged and healthier community by bringing volunteers together to grow fresh fruits and vegetables for hunger relief.” The barn and surrounding farm has been visited by the United States Speaker of the House of Representatives and other dignitaries interested in fostering the aims of the Community Harvest Project.
